Grow Your Own Veg Book, by Carol Klein A really clear and readable book
Urban Eden, by James and Adam Caplin Informative and attractive book on growing edibles in small urban spaces
The Edible Container Garden - fresh food from tiny spaces, by Michael Guerra A lovely book that does what it says on the tin! Based on the author's experience of creating a small but hugely productive garden in London, it includes information on growing on roofs, balconies, windowsills and in small gardens, types of container, soil and suitable plants.
